2. Definitions

“ZIKCARE”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to the service provider.

  • “You” or “your” refers to the client, participant, guardian, or site visitor.

  • “Services” refers to all NDIS, aged care, and related support services we offer.

3. Service Agreement

All services delivered by ZIKCARE are subject to a formal Service Agreement, which outlines the specific support provided, participant goals, responsibilities, and pricing. This agreement must be signed prior to the commencement of services.

4. NDIS and Aged Care Responsibilities

ZIKCARE operates under the guidelines of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the Strengthened Quality Standards established by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. We are committed to upholding the rights of participants and older persons, ensuring their safety, and providing quality services that comply with relevant Australian regulations.

5. Our clients’ Rights

We are committed to respecting your rights at all times. This includes but is not limited to:

  • The right to privacy and confidentiality

  • The right to choose and have control over your services

  • The right to provide feedback or raise complaints without fear of retribution

6. Fees and Payments

All services will be charged in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide or as agreed upon in your Service Agreement. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their funding is available and up-to-date. Payments can be managed through self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed arrangements.

7. Cancellations and Changes

To avoid cancellation charges, please refer to your service agreement for details on any cancellation procedures.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

ZIKCARE is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We use the information we collect exclusively for the purpose of service delivery, planning, and communication.
